William H. Nguyen, Ph.D.
Founder of Beowulf Blockchain
Dr. William H. Nguyen is a serial entrepreneur with a history of successful ventures in communication technology, education, and computer/network/data security. Over the past 10 years, Dr. William has built many social networking, on-demand video streaming, and communication applications serving tens of millions of users worldwide in the areas of business communication, media, education, and entertainment. William is the former Alfred P. Sloan Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School. Before Harvard, he was the Institutional Doctoral Fellow in Computational Science at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
Sung Nguyen, Ph.D.
Chief data scientist
Dr. Sung Nguyen is serving as the Chief Data Scientist for Beowulf Group. He previously worked at Google in 2005 - during the early days of Google Enterprise, now Google Cloud. Prior to Google, Sung worked at NASA (KSC), Lockheed Martin and Borland Software. He authored various technical papers on software development, spoke at Borland Software International Conferences, and co-authored a Java development book published by Wiley and Sons in 2003. He earned his doctorate degree in Systems Engineering at George Washington University.
Tue Nguyen, Ph.D.
Chief Intellectual Property Officer
Dr. Tue possesses broad knowledge in multiple interdisciplinary areas, having 7 M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from MIT. Dr. Tue was honored by the President Bush and Vice President Quayle at the White house for significant achievements after graduation. Dr. Tue holds 95+ U.S. patents.
Benny Czarny
Chairman of Advisory Board
Benny Czarny is the founder and CEO of OPSWAT, a leading cybersecurity firm with over 1,500 customers, 500 employees, and 11 offices worldwide. OPSWAT has been breaking new ground in the field of cybersecurity for more than 15 years. Benny earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technion-Machon Technologi Le'Israel.
Huan T. Nguyen
Member of Advisory Board
Huan was the major general/rear admiral in the United States Navy. He served the Naval Sea Systems Command at the Washington Navy Yard as Deputy Commander for Cyber Engineering. He held three master degrees with the most notable information technology with highest distinction from Carnegie Mellon University. In 2020, Huan was inducted into OSU's College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology Hall of Fame and received the school's highest honor, the Melvin R. Lohmann Medal.
Clemen Chiang, Ph.D.

Dr. Clemen is CEO and Founder of Spiking, an entrepreneur and hedge fund manager based in Singapore. He has been instrumental in leading the company to success, as Spiking was awarded Best Innovative Start-up (Early Stage) at the SiTF Awards in 2016. With an MBA in entrepreneurship, a Ph.D. in management, he is on track to complete the OPM program—becoming a lifetime member of the Harvard Business School alumni community. He was also recognized for his popular YouTube channel in 2022, receiving the YouTube Creator Award.
Christopher C. Nguyen, Ph.D.
Member of Advisory Board
Dr. Christopher is currently the CEO of Aitomatic. He is a former engineering director of Google Apps, a recipient of the Google Founders' Award, a Stanford PhD who co-founded two enterprise startups with successful exits, and was a professor and co-founder of the Computer Engineering program at HKUST. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley summa cum laude.
